A distinguished academic achiever, she earned her Master of Science in Sport Management from West Virginia University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality, Sport, and Tourism Management with a minor in Leadership Studies from Troy University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. With a strong foundation in leadership and event strategy, Ms. Garrett is committed to creating meaningful experiences that connect communities and elevate the collegiate athletic experience.

Founder of IWIN Girls Mentoring Program
Dr. Wylene Martin is a passionate and seasoned school counselor who has dedicated many years to the field of education. She holds a BA in English Language and Literature, a BA in Christian Counseling, a Master’s in Post-Secondary Education, a Master’s in School Counseling, and a Doctorate in Theology.
Beyond her work in schools, Dr. Martin is deeply involved in mentorship programs that empower and uplift youth, especially young women. She is also an accomplished author, entrepreneur, and a devoted follower of Christ, committed to making a lasting impact through faith, education, and service.
